 我不知道為甚麼一定要準備6道菜餚,但是是給祖先吃就無所謂啦. 

I don't know why it has to be 6 dishes,but it's okay since it was for our ancestors.

沒有祖先就沒有我嘛.

I won't be here without them.

6道菜花了大概1個小時40分鐘吧. 

6 dishes took me about 1 hour and 40 minutes

這是祭拜完畢後拍的.

After the worship ceremony.

南瓜焖香菇.

Pumpkin with dry mushroom.

炒雜菜.

Fried mixed vege.

清炒芥蘭寶寶.

Fried baby Kai-Lan.

蒸素魚.

Steamed vege fish.

腐乳豆乾.

Fermented bean curd and hard tofu.

紫菜湯.

Sea weed soup.

最後...

Finally...

糙米飯.

Brown rice.

不算是菜餚.但是媽媽教我祭祖的飯,上面一定要弄得圓圓的.

Not quite a dish.But my mother taught me to make it round on top.
